Driven and determined professional, MBA qualified with a wide range of experience. Owner of Mafro sports, Mr Mahmoud has worked with people from diverse cultures and background. A former professional football player. Mr Mahmoud has also worked with sports academies and international schools to develop children's pathways through PE.

Mr Ephraim Zerfu Kebede
Mr Ephraim Zerfu Kebede has lots of experience that span for (12) years in military service and thirteen (13) years in youth sport ministry & teacher in ETC sports leadership. Mr Ephraim was formally working with TESFA Academy for four (4) years. He also holds masters(MBAHCS) in Health care services.

A graduate of the Haileselassie 1st military Academy served at the Ethiopian army from1972-1991 reached the rank of colonel in infantry Division commander then joined the ministry of internal affairs federal police (1991-2014) and moha soft drinks industry (Pepsi) 1999-2014 Board of Ethiopia coffee FC (4years) federal police sport association v,p (2 years) years, Addisa Ababa city FC as executive member chair marketing standing committee((2 years) Ethiopian football federation member of the marketing standing committee for 8 years. Courses attended Club management certificate. Football marketing by FIFA, Football mgt by FIFA certificate, resource mobilization ILO (certificate) strategic management (certificate) Jethro institute.

Ashenafi Gezae Weldemariam
He got his MA In Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Addis Ababa University and BA in Chemistry from Mekele University.
Experience: Ashenafi has a versatile experience. He taught more than 13 years. He worked as Customs Clearing expert in a private Customs clearing agent. Currently He is serving as a teacher and Marketing Manager at Biruh Tesfa Sports Academy.
